In this course you will define strategic criteria which are important to you to live a happy life, such as your mission / life philosophy, where you want to life, job responsibilities & salary, people you want to have around you, preferred industry to work in, etc. It is all about decision making, decisions which have high impact to your life, such as your job. When you are in front of a big decisions, such as a job opportunity you can perfectly use this tool to challenge you fact based, if the opportunity fits into your plan or not. If yes, then is is great, if not then the tool will highlight in figures and visually where the gaps are. The outcome of the model is a data driven / fact based decision recommendation. The tool is tested with many colleagues and friends more than 100 times and it helped me in the last 4 job decisions to make the right choice...and the tool did not let me down. If you struggle with decision making and if you are not very structured in analyzing problems or opportunities, than this is the right tool for you. It is not the golden grail, but you will get a fact based (in our case) job recommendation based on your own scoring.
