There is politics every where is this modern times but how one handle it is what makes the difference. workplace and office politics have their own style and their own implications to the entire business and the employees in general, if the politics is not handle well it will lead to the negative consequences in the organisation and even affect the productivity of the organization.There are more effect of organizational or office politics, such as decrease in overall productivity of the organization, affect the concentration of the business, spoils the ambiance of the work environment and the office, changes the attitude of employees,demotivate employees in the office and the workplace and increases stress.In totality office politics in general is not good for the organization because a lot of staff even resign because of this office or workplace politics, this affect the company reputation and the image of the company is reduce, which is not the best for business.There are so many ways to reduce office politics such as job satisfaction, transparency, team work, discussion and communication, maintain the decorum of the workplace, partiality and positive frame of mind etc.There are some roles that management must perform in avoiding office politics such as avoid partiality, team building activities and regular interactions will help the organisation.
