I have made this tutorial about setting up an IT company. I presented some information about accounting, tax, budget, softwares, marketing, training, support, production. Business name is the first option to setup an IT company. I have discussed into the tutorial. The IT company must be set by an expert people. Leader must have enough knowledge for the company. It company must have a research and innovation team to make a new product for the client. These will be assets. Labor insurance, fire insurance are essential for a company. There will be an IT support team to serve all departments effectively for proper machine functioning. Production line must have efficient computers to run the production system smoothly. For setting an IT company research and innovation are very important to produce up-to date services and products. Products could be softwares, animation, graphics. Marketing team would go to the target customer to launch SaaS. Test and debug software to ensure reliability and performance. Handle cloud infrastructure and services. Accounts department ensures tax, revenue and inventory records precisely. Legal department ensures data safety, license, patents, plant assets. Support services would answer all questions of customers and connected to marketing and production team to solve problems.
