In this Usui Reiki Level 1 Training Reiki Master/Teacher & Practitioner, Reka Davis will teach you all about the Usui Reiki levels, the benefits of Reiki, the history as well as the ethics. You will also learn about the 7 major chakras and energy, tips for treating specific types or Dis-Ease within the body such as headaches, stuffy nose and sinus pressure, as well as how to treat yourself as a whole and others using Reiki.Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Key) is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.The first level of Reiki addresses the physical body. In this level the student's energy is opened so that they will be able to channel Reiki. Once attuned to Reiki you never lose the ability to use it.
