In this lesson you will be learning all about Unreal engine landscape creation, material setup , lighting and procedural grass generation.We will be covering three different programs like, Unreal Engine, World creator and Quixel mixer.First we will create the landscape with world creator. Then move to create three different texture layers. Once we finish exporting the height map and texture layers we can move to unreal engine. In unreal engine we will create a new level for landscape and import the heightmap. Next step is to create the material which contain three different layers like grass, rock and soil.Then create material instance and apply to our landscape. Now we have to create weight blended layers so that texture layers will apply automatically.After finishing this we can import three different texture layers like grass , rock and soil.Once we finish all this we can add exponential fog and directional light. Make sure change the light to movable and increase volumetric scattering intensity. Now we can add volumetric cloud and change the sun position if you want. For the exposure we can change it in post process volume. Make sure you change the post process volume settings to unbound to work perfectly.
