Uniquely You is an intermediate 10 video module course (with PDF worksheets), intertwining conscious relationship work (focusing on the relationship with yourself first and then a hint of conscious couples work). The most important relationship you can have is the relationship with yourself, this course best suits single individuals or if you are in a relationship that feels it could use clarity regarding if you and your partner meet each others deepest values and each others relationship goals match up for the most part.
