My goal was to offer a program that, in my opinion, provides authentic information in a simple and applicable way for everyday life. Instead, it invites you to listen, examine, and take what works for you, while ignoring the rest.Additionally, you will notice that this program is unedited and may contain some grammatical mistakes and repetitions. I chose to keep the program authentic and unedited to make you feel as if you are in a real workshop, but with background music. You will hear my unedited and authentic voice, recorded before the transcript was written, as if I am speaking to you personally.This program summarizes the techniques and perspectives I personally use to achieve desired changes.
