This Class is from the perspective of Product Assurance，that is designed by the relevant responsible persons， Per how to implement Product Reliability as the core content，that is from basic concepts of Reliability、related Reliability tests 、 concepts and methods of highly accelerated testing skills，as the main content，However，there are still shortcomings in terms of industrial practice，because Product Reliability and Product Quality are two sides of the same coin， the only difference is that the probability of detecting the problem is different，the high probability of problem，that is called 「Quality」， the low probability of problem，that is called 「Reliability」， and the two will affect each other， Therefore，from the corporate consulting project， common in the industry， the common product issues， after sorting out，there are eight categories，All have a direct and significant impact on，Product Quality and Reliability， These contents are the essence of experience，which is not a general theroist，who can be understood and taught，it must be engaged in，the relevant performers only can understand， in public places， it can not hear this professionalism， experience， If classmates can understand and experience， In addition to personal over growth， if it can be implemented in the enterprise， It is guaranteed that the product level will improve significantly。This class has 4 chapters， divided into two parts，the upper part is the first 2 chapters，the lower part is the last 2 chapters，this class brief is the upper part，including Chapter 1 「Introduction to the Basic Concepts of Product Reliability」、chapter 2 「The new product development to mass production phase，relevant Reliability testing、verification and tests」，which is deployed as following，Outline content on pages 3 and 4。This class has two core key points， That is，「Product Problems」 and 「Improvement Suggestions」， that talk about product Reliability first， then go into related Quality and technical practices，it is very suitable， for Product-related technologies， as well as their managers and responsible persons， who are very helpful。本課以產品保證角度，其相關責任者來設計，以如何執行產品可靠度為核心內涵，從可靠度基本概念、相關可靠度測試、高加速試驗技術之觀念和方法，為主要內容，但從產業實務面尚有不足，因產品可靠度，和產品品質是一體兩面，其差別只在，查覺到問題的機率不同，問題機率高，稱「品質」，問題機率低，稱「可靠度」，而且此兩者會相互影響，因此從企業顧問專案中，常見之產業界，共通性產品問題，經整理計有八大類，皆直接重大影響，產品品質暨可靠度，這些內容皆是經驗結晶，不是一般理論業者，所能理解和講授的，必須是從事，相關工作者才能體會，於公開場所，是聽不到此專業性，經驗心得的，學員若能理解和體會，除個人將跳階成長外，若能於企業執行，保證產品水準將大幅躍進。本課程計4章，分上下2部，上部前2章，下部後2章，此課程簡介為上部，含 第1章「產品可靠度基本概念簡介」、第2章「新產品開發到量產階段，相關可靠度測試、驗證及試驗」，其展開節次如後，第3和第4頁大綱內容。本課其實有兩大核心重點，即「產品問題」和「改善建議」，先談產品可靠度，再深入相關品質和技術實務，非常適合，產品面相關技術，及其管理工作者和責任者，極有助益。
