After working in the IT industry for over 14 years, I realized how important is to have a strong focus.I struggled so bad with focus that most of you can't even imagine.I struggle being a developer, QA or even a team lead.Successful day where random and unpredictable.It was very frustrating to work entire days on an issue just to discover later, that the solution was much simpler than I though.So why so much struggle?Why can't we just focus and get amazing results most of the time?Why can't we get things done faster and enjoy the free time or get a second source of income?Suffering so much, making changes, reading, going at a health practitioner, etc...I finally started to see what works and what not!I started to see the focus during the day can be something very predictable based on several factors. And after talking with many people about theses factors, I realized that the principles apply for other people also...Not just me!That's when I decided to help other people, so that you don't have to go throw the hell I went years and years.If I only knew these simple things when I was 15 years old, I would be far away in life.So you have the chance to avoid all of this.At the end of the day, the decision is yours.
