(15:44) In Human Resource spreadsheets, there are many instances where you are typing specific data into the cells such as "yes" or "no" or "pass" or "fail". In this lesson, you will learn how to use data validation to constrain what you (or others) can type into certain cells.Printing Your Sheets (15:28) The one thing you'd think would be easy to do in Excel can be frustrating (and a waste of lots of paper). In this lesson, you will learn why you can't just hit the print button in Excel, how to set the printable area of the sheets and lots of other helpful info about printing in Excel.Conditional Formatting (11:30) Do you need to keep your eye on the numbers in certain cells going over a set amount? For example, maybe you have a column of numbers which has your employee hours worked for the week. Now you have to look through that column and find all the hours worked that are over 40 (because you have to pay overtime on these). With Conditional Formatting, you can have all the numbers in that column that are over 40 displayed in a different color!
