This course provides a guide for new medical assistant entering the medical field after schooling or on the job training. It provides materials and resources on how to perfect your skills working in the medical field. It provides information on how to deal with everyday stressors and creating quality care and value for your patients. It details how to manage negative and positive situations while providing pointers on how to obtain information and keep the flow of patient care going to enhance opportunities for you and your organization. This course is not designed to provide knowledge on how to perform skills, however it provides pointers on how to maximize your knowledge and increase patient flow.
