More so after the pandemic.The best way to reach out to the universe is through the internet, and if you don't have a presence there, you stand to lose out even if you are reaching out to the person next door. Just creating a web / mobile app for the heck of it without planning causes more harm than good. There is a defined strategy in terms of user experience to ensure that you meet your end goal w.r.t product sales, be it a direct online sale or an enquiry or a call to connect your prospective customer to you. As a Startup Founder your enthusiasm is at its peak. And understandably so. You want to do everything that can boost the chances of your Startup reaching heights.
