This course ‘Starting and Managing A Consulting Business' is pretty straightforward. It is designed to help you understand the fundamentals of the consulting profession, how to become a great consultant and ultimately equip and empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to start and manage your consulting business.As we go through this course you will discover what Consulting is and whether it is the right profession for you. You will also be equipped with the ‘know-how' to set yourself apart from similar businesses in the market and scale your business.This course is designed to help you understand the fundamentals of the consulting profession and how to become a consultant and ultimately equip and empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to start and manage your consulting business.We specifically defined who a consultant including all the attributes, types of consulting and whether starting a consulting business is the best for you. In the ‘Step-by-Step Consulting' module we looked at how to actually start consulting, setting your business apart to get more clients, product development, pricing amongst others. The ‘Managing Your Practice' module is self-explanatory in that it equips you with the knowledge and tools to successfully run, and scale your business.
