Once we set the stage with the essential themes, we'll dive into movement.Warm-Ups & StretchesA solid preparation begins with a fitting warm-up and tailored stretches. Depending on the type of training you're focusing on, you'll have the option to choose:A soft warm-up for gentle training orA more active warm-up for vigorous sessions.The same applies to stretches:Light stretching for beginners or recovery days.Advanced stretching for deeper flexibility and more intense practice.You'll design your own preparation based on the form you want to focus on first: Wu Xing Qi Gong or Ji Ben Quan.Building the BasicsThe basics are the foundation of everything. They're like the cornerstone of a temple-far more important than flashy techniques.
