Shaolin Kung Fu was created over thousands of years and developed through many historically difficult periods. It is an effective self-defense system based on a focused mind and natural internal energy, enabling the weak to defeat the strong and protect the good of the people.Master Quang has an extensive experience working for the Special Force Unit of the Vietnamese Army and later for the Hanoi Police actively using Kung Fu fighting techniques to clear the city of Hanoi of the mafia groups in the late 80s. In 1986 at the age of 16 he became the champion of Vietnam in Kung Fu and Chi Kung techniques. Since then Master Quang has been teaching students from more than 80 countries, and some of his students became Vietnam, Asia and World champions.In this course Master Quang will give you very efficient movements and techniques for self-defense with many attackers from different sides - front, back, left and right side. You will learn 9 movements for defense from the front, 3 movements for defense from the back side, 3 from the right side and 3 from from the left side. Also he will teach you 20 fast movements for easy self-defense in different situations that could be used by both children and adults. With these fast movements you can build up your own self-defense style.
