Empathetic, caring women are fueled by giving. We enjoy it at first...but we don't always know when to step back and refill our cups. Even if we did step back we don't feel like anyone would pick up our slack or pour into us, and we lack the necessary tools to know how to fill our own cups.That is where Somatic Reprogramming comes in. This workshop with writing prompts will activate a long-forgotten part of you that is able to regenerate universal, unconditional love that is more grounding and permanent than romantic love could ever dream of being. I bring in 3 guest coaches to help me guide the Expansion Exercises. They are also hygienists who have found great value in these tools. We will use heart-based, quantum techniques to help you create future memories of a life you love, and then embody that version of you.We are NOT going to be talking about doing yoga or taking bubble baths. We are sure you've tried those things already. What we have to offer you is a permanent release of old, outdated programs that no longer serve you, so you can jump timelines and begin to build a life you love; full of peace, abundance, and aligned action, instead of hustle. Professional development requires you to first expand personally. We will rise to new heights as a profession when enough of us first transform within.
