This weekend is the 6th weekend of "The School of Meditation" which is focused on the Third-Eye and WisdomThe sixth weekend will center on third-eye-related techniques that support the opening of the eye of inner wisdom. These meditations bestow on us the clarity of truth that removes illusion. They also enable us to see the invisible realities that only the inner eye can perceive. Here we will study and practice new and traditional techniques such as self-inquiry, circle of transformation, scriptures, third-eye opening, koans, dark room retreat, Expansion, meditating on a quote, and visualizations.This school… is not just another seminar.It is the deepest, most complete and transformative process Shai has ever taught about meditation.It teaches us how to embrace every aspect of human life, support its development, and eventually awaken it.We will explore and get to know the different centers of consciousness and meditative states in-depth.We will become acquainted with the subtle, energetic processes and learn how to deal with and advise others in energetic crises. And of course we will learn different meditation techniques-and the knowledge of how each meditation can be used for another purpose. This approach of teaching meditation is unique.
