Development, whether in software, web, or gaming, presents distinct challenges in career management, interview preparation, and progression. There is a noticeable lack of comprehensive resources available online to guide developers through each stage of their careers. Few practical tools exist for new developers guiding their early steps, mid-level developers looking to advance to senior positions, or even senior developers seeking ways to surpass their current skill levels. This gap leaves many developers without the guidance they need to continue growing in their careers, addressing challenges, and staying competitive in an evolving industry.Having experienced many of these challenges throughout my own career, I have decided to compile valuable insights into a structured course. This course is designed to assist developers at all levels-whether they are in college, recent graduates, or professionals progressing through mid-level and senior roles. Each career stage presents unique obstacles, from understanding how to transition into a new role to enhancing technical skills and leadership abilities.
