我们将重点学习两种玩偶:Olshanka 和 Nedolja(包括男性和女性两种变体)。
There are a lot of traditional dolls that were used in Slavic culture. Among them were cleaning dolls that were helping to empty your mind and see what you were not able to see or notice before. In this course, we will focus mainly on two dolls: Olshanka and Nedolja (in two variations, male and female Nedolja). Olshanka is a doll that comes from the Russian tradition and was used to clean up your mind using your intention. The doll is very easy to make, you will need two pieces of fabric and red thread. After the creation of the doll you pronounce a spell and you can tell the doll all your pain, mind programs, and sorrows. A very similar doll you can find in other Slavic countries or regions is called Kuvatka with very similar construction. Nedolja is a more complex doll, before creating it you need to write down your pain, programs, and habits on a piece of paper which is used as a base to create a doll. Then you will need any of your old clothes that were on you minimum of 15 minutes. Afterwards, you create a male or female Nedolja (detailed instructions will be provided), it will stay with you for 1-5 days and then you can burn it or give it to water. At the end of the course, the pdf instruction is provided. No previous experience is needed. This course is offered and intended as spiritual support services only, and is no way intended to diagnose or treat physical, emotional, psychological or psychiatric conditions or illnesses. By attending this course, you confirm that you do not have any current or recent (within the last 2 years) psychiatric conditions or treatments.
