The very first thing you learn in the Wing Chun system is the Siu Nim Tau form. To learn Wing Chun properly, it is important to have a strong foundation in the basics and it is vital for your Wing Chun journey to learn Siu Nim Tau correctly. This really is the ABCs of Wing Chun; your advanced techniques will only be as good as your basics. In this course we will go in depth into the details of each movement of the Siu Nim Tau form.
