This course is about creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow. Each lesson was recorded using the ServiceNow Tokyo version and the development, steps, actions, and menu that you will see here are compatible with most of the previous and current versions.The course includes a lesson to teach how to create your ServiceNow Account and Cloud Instance, so you don't need to install any software to do this training, you just need Internet access.
