Delta exams are updated and required after every new release (new releases generally occur every March and September). English Vancouver delta exam(s) are now live for you in Now Learning! Vancouver release, delta exams are available from November 16, 2023 through February 13, 2024.The ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Certification Exam Specification defines the purpose, audience, testing options, exam content coverage, test framework, and prerequisites to become a ServiceNow CIS-ITSM. The delta exams are lightweight exams, non-proctored, timed (20 minute) and contain about 7- 10 questions or less questions. Only mainline certifications will require a delta exam. Enroll and take each delta exam in Now Learning. Once you pass your exam(s), the certification status fields will change to "Current" within 24 hours on the My Certifications tab. If you have the previous ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Certification, this course will help you prepare for the ServiceNow CIS-ITSM Vancouver DELTA Exam.
