Delta exams are updated and required after every new release (new releases generally occur every March and September). English Vancouver delta exam(s) are now live for you in Now Learning! Vancouver release, delta exams are available from November 16, 2023, through February 13, 2024.The ServiceNow CIS - Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Exam Specification defines the purpose, audience, testing options, exam content coverage, test framework, and prerequisites to become a ServiceNow CIS-HAM.
