You do need to brush up on the theory part as this course mainly focuses on hand-on demonstration of concepts.Who Should Attend This course is designed for beginners with 0‑3 months of experience into a new deployment. Exam Prerequisites This exam does not have any specific requirements such as familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript or C++. Successful candidates for this certification should have industry experience with database concepts and system management. Some knowledge of IT Help Desk processes and the incident, problem, and change workflows is also helpful. Three to six months of experience using and maintaining an instance in Service Now is recommended.Exam StructureThe exam consists of 60 questions delivered in a 90-minute period.
