Most people know about Stonehenge, in Southern England. Yes, as can be imagined, it will be suggested as being part of the 'Atlantean Landscape and science'. This class starts up where the course on Atlantis ended. The significant climate change is ongoing, with the seas continuing to rise, hundreds of feet of the next millennia. Atlantis, defeated, retreats for a time, the world going into the first 'Dark Ages'. But the seas continue their inexorable rise, eating away at the shorelines, swallowing landscapes. The land of Atlantis is breaking apart and the people must do something. It will be shown that a disparate set of sites around the Mediterranean come into being, the only commonality being the Sea, and certain commodities. Following those first probes, a culture came ashore in Western Europe. It would seem they were far from peaceful. There followed then a true 'gold rush', as hundreds of temples were then built, mostly in the nearly totally vacant 'British isles' but all across Europe, to as far away as the Black Sea Coast of Today's Russia. Parallel to this, the Egyptian and Peruvian cultures arose, some point in the Atlantic being the most likely common source though those aspects will be covered in the third course under this Atlantean series. The student will learn the basic history, the manners of construction and then the absolutely fantastic science that may have been within these efforts.
