How Sober October Turned Me Into a JediOr, my inspiration for this ChallengeI have been teaching, training and developing content about psychic development since 2023.But my journey to doing so began in 2020 when COVID lockdowns hit - After two weeks of working from home, stewing about the world changing implications of the pandemic and my inability to get together with the band for music therapy, the duct tape which previously held my ship of anxiety and depression together, I hit a breaking point. I was soon inspired (perhaps by my future self) to start swapping bad habits for good ones. I began using the morning or afternoon 'commute' for exercise. I cut down on booze (a bit) and lost 30 pounds. By the end of the summer, I felt healthier than I had in decades. One night at the end of September, my wife and kids were out and the algorithms decided to send me a little documentary by the name of Third Eye Spies. I rediscovered the world of Ingo Swann and Remote Viewing, something I had stumbled upon in a Phase from my youth. As the credits rolled, I heard a voice in my head clearly say:"Google Remote Viewing Udemy"Being a lifelong band guy had by this point given me my fair share of mind-altering experiences, but I had never heard voices like this before. While the clarity of it startled me a bit, I was pretty sure that it was MY OWN voice that I had heard.So I gave it a go. The first result was an online course (and it was even on sale). Game on.I had also planned on participating in a "Sober October" challenge that year as part of my "swapping" thing and I immediately figured working on my newly purchased remote viewing course would be great for distracting the thirsty demons. That turned out to be a fantastic and (life changing) decision.Not only did my first week of remote viewing go exceptionally well (I seemed to be a natural), but my anxiety went down drastically and my health improved. I felt pretty good most of the time in fact. The couple of years involved deep study in a quest to figure out all I could about this phenomenon and the transformation it seemed to unlock.In addition to study, this quest included regular remote viewing and many trainings with many fantastic teachers (mostly online) trying every other psychic method I could find too. This culminated in 2023 when I became a certified Intuition Teacher via the Atmana Academy and launched the Rock Star Intuition Challenge.
