This course is about leadership Document Ready. I have been founder principal of schools past decade. I maintained various documents/books/plans for my institutions. I have an experience of 20+ in the education institutions. In this course I discuss about the important documents according to me is of great use for school leaders. There are around twenty videos in which I explain about the document, book etc. which can be referred for the day to day activities of a school. The list is neither exhaustive nor inclusive. It is not exhaustive as it doesn't contain all the books as we know that with the change of time documents required in the school may change. Similarly it is not inclusive meaning there may be documents mentioned in the course may not be required in a particular school according to the boards/schools/government policies. The course is open for a new school leader at any level like principal, vice-principal, coordinators, management representatives or any other educator/person who would like to know about school documents. The word "important documents" used above is my personal experience and may differ from person to person as per their knowledge and understanding. I have experience of affiliation process, examination system, teaching training etc.
