This course will take you from zero to expert in automating SAP GUI, the world's most widely used ERP, by using Power Automate Desktop, Microsoft's RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tool.We will get started by enabling SAP GUI scripting, a very important step to make SAP allow automations running on top of it's own interface. Then we will learn how to automate common SAP actions like login into the system, execute transactions, populate data on input fields, interact with buttons and menu items, etc. After learning the SAP GUI automation basics, we will learn how to automate end-to-end the creation of purchase orders on SAP, by having as input an Excel file with the data to populate on the purchase order creation, and use the same Excel file to store the automatically generated SAP purchase order number. We will also learn how to automate data extraction from SAP, by consulting it's own tables, and export the data to spreadsheet.
