Our series of courses on SAP Fieldglass offers an in-depth and detailed overview of the tool. Drawing from extensive practical experience with multiple implementations, it spans from foundational concepts to advanced configurations, equipping students to proficiently define and implement the system's functionalities. Each module is designed to impart comprehensive and structured knowledge, preparing participants for effective process management and the optimization of SAP Fieldglass within their organizations.In this first course, students will be introduced to fundamental concepts such as Tenant, Rates, Buyer and Supplier, the main system modules, and the difference between Master Data, Transactional Data, and Foundational Data. They will also learn how to configure the Tenant with the essential settings required for the implementation of the Contingent Worker Module, Statement of Work Module, and Profile Worker Module, which will be explored in subsequent courses. Additionally, the course will cover user management, including defining user roles, creating users, setting up proxies and delegates, and establishing password policies.
