Thank you for your interest! This is Level I Reiki. In this course, we will learn about Reiki, the universal life force. What it is, what it does, and how it heals. Reiki is a powerful, intellectual, and wise energy that will help you clear stagnant or negative energies, while helping you to heal any energetic blockages, put things back in balance, and help you to maintain that balance. With this course, you will learn about the history of Reiki, Reiki Level I processes, receive your attunement for Reiki level I (this is included with the course), learn how to practice mindfulness, reflection, how to heal yourself and how to heal others.A little about me:Hello! I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, an energy Healer, a Life Coach, and Intuitive reader. It is my goal to help the world heal. I believe this is best done by teaching others to heal themselves and to learn how to stand in their own divine power. The goal is for each and every one of us to have the faith, courage, and self love to live to the best of our abilities. To live life to it's fullest and greatest potential knowing everything will be well. Mindfulness, self-awareness, and gratitude are key.
