I have spoken to over 200 adults by now; who, for various reasons, were on a career break. Coaching and training them gave me an insight to a set of reasons that are hindering us coming back to work; whether is paid or unpaid. I am strong believer that we do not only for for money but we work for a purpose- I dedicated the past 8 years to help adults align their values, skills and lifestyle with their dream work. During the 2020 lockdown, I felt the hunch to create this programme.Although the lockdown is, thankfully over, there are still struggle with all it caused in the work market. Similarly, there are many of us who now has the longing for something different, something new and could not see themselves going back to the same job place or job role.
