Properly billing of whatever work is done on your site is also very important. Even after the work is done, the Quantity Surveyor team is not able to make its bill immediately and because of that your project starts feeling short of funds and the work of your project starts slowing down due to money. This can also cause a huge loss to the company. That's why it is very important for us to pay attention to the project billing along with the execution on the project.The Quantity Surveyor team should always keep the full quantity of all the drawings in advance so that the time of getting the quantity at the time of billing can be saved and can take that quantity in the bill as soon as the work is done. In most of the projects, it is found that the bill is not prepared along with the work and later when the pressure of making the bill comes, then the Quantity Surveyor team makes the bill instantly by doing whatever it takes. Due to this haste, many mistakes are also made in the bill. Despite the work being done, we are not able to prepare some measurements and that is why those measurements are missed in the bill.
