(Drucker, 1998)This course has been created by the Leadership Development Lounge and is designed to enable you to develop the psychological knowledge & leadership skills you and your team need to thrive together. You will learn about communication patterns, team dynamics, social needs and the common mind-blocks, so that you can better work as a team.The course is comprised of 11 sections, each focusing on a particular skill set or psychological principle. Together, we will fully explore how each of these can be applied to a given situation and the benefits it can bring to the individuals in your teams.After each section you will be asked to spend 10 minutes on a reflection exercise, when you will consider how this applies to you personal situation and how you can take steps to create positive change. So please allow time for this and if you can, find yourself a quiet space so you won't be distracted. You can choose to complete the course in one go or take each bite-size section at a time.OUR APPROACH:Learning through cognitive, emotional, reflective and behavioural experiences. We take a coaching approach to learning whenever possible to accelerate learning.
