This course is designed to inspire you all through my own journey. I have had an incredibly challenging life which was full of adversities. Despite of all the odds,I kept on going and creating opportunities out of the crisis that I was in became my habit. My positive psychology was always there within me even when the hostility, Jealousy, Insecurities, animosity of others were top notch against me. I demonstrated empathy, generosity, compassion,love,care & share for all those who gave me hate or love both. I transformed my setbacks into my opportunities to shine bright. Positive Psychology could also be safe for mental health whereas negative psychology could be drastically exorbitant and detrimental for your well being. You need to learn how to behave with sophistication and that will provide peace and tranquility throughout the journey of your life. If you self introspect then you would understand how amazing could it be when you altruistically help others especially those who utterly needs your support. I chose the path of Philanthropy that helped me get out of my depression and understand the fact that it's the impact that you make through your life matters the most. Money seekers would always keep on seeking superficiality but the most authentic life lesson is to choose the pathway of giving love to the society by believing in the broader concepts of equality, inclusivity, universal kinship, universal brotherhood,serinity, courage and wisdom.
