I learned about the missing link to passing the PMP exam, through my experience preparing for the PMP and with the help of my mentor. And my custom course has helped many others pass the exam. Let me give you a hint here - The secret lies in the processes!This tutorial should help you learn the most important lesson, which is not taught in any book, but is the key to getting that certificate and to becoming better project managers. Projects take people and processes to happen. Great projects deliver value to an organization and great project teams and managers, create that value. Developing a deliverable, takes the entire team, the stakeholder community to work in collaboration. Therefore, the knowledge and understanding of project processes are super important for everyone who is a part of a project. The project manager, the Sponsor, The project team, The stakeholders, The PMO and The organization too. Processes are many and their integration is complex but something we cannot avoid. It is a type of knowledge, that has not been displayed in books and thereby not taught enough. No matter, how much of an Agile or hybrid we become, processes will also remain an integral part of a project and their successful integration will also matter to the success of the project outcome.
