Welcome to Pickleball! Here we want to give you a basic overview of the fundamentals of this sport that is taking over!While some people have been playing Pickleball for awhile, others may just be hearing about it. This course is just for you!We designed this course to go over the basics of Pickleball so you will feel confident getting on the court and playing.In this course you will learn the origins of Pickleball, the rules, scoring, and tips on how to play. We give simple explanations with examples so you can understand how the game works.The course is broken down into 16 sections that we thought would be the most beneficial for you so that at the end of the course, you can walk onto the court and start to practice.Why should you learn Pickleball? Besides getting exercise and fresh air, it has become a social event to meet new people and have fun with friends. All ages and all levels are welcome on a Pickleball court and we want you to feel like you understand the basics when you are just starting. Like anything, practice helps but we think you may find it to be really enjoyable too!
