The goal of this effort is to create a person who is productive in both their personal and professional lives. The purpose of this endeavor is to increase one's level of productivity in both their personal and professional life. The culmination of all of this effort should be a person who is successful in both their personal and professional activities. This should be the final consequence of all of this labor. Education may change into a self-assured ambition for excellence in all parts of life and work when a person participates in a program that encourages participation throughout an individual's whole life. This may be accomplished by making learning the primary emphasis of the educational program and by encouraging learning that is oriented toward the dynamic nature of the working environment.
