This course on Patent Agent Examination Practice and Principles is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of patent law and Design law and its practice, with a focus on preparing for the patent agent exam. Learners will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the patent agent exam and become registered patent Agent. The course is ideal for individuals who have a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering and are interested in pursuing a career as a patent agent.To pass the examination, a candidate must obtain a minimum of 50% marks on each paper i.e. Paper-I (100 marks) & Paper II (100 marks). Finally, if you pass Papers I and II with more than 50% marks, you will be qualified to take the Viva-Voice. You must receive a minimum of 50 marks in Viva Voice. If your average aggregate from all exams is greater than 60%, you will be appointed as a Patent Agent in India.It is also suitable for legal professionals, researchers, inventors, entrepreneurs, and anyone else who wants to expand their knowledge of patent law and practice.
