Hello, Learners. This is a well curated course that deals with Delay & Cost analysis using Oracle Primavera P6. It has a practical case study i.e., Residential Building Construction comprising of several activities under Civil works, Finishes, MEP, etc. We start with the fundamentals of setting up the project - Creating the EPS, OBS, Site Customized Calendar, WBS, Activities, Relationships, Resources, etc. Furthermore, we move on to understanding all the available delay analysis techniques in construction theoretically & practically. Then we learn how to generate & print various reports of our analysis to present the same to our senior management for easing their decision-making. Lastly, we have one very interesting assignment question (ofcourse, with solution) for Hotel construction project to encapsulate all the learnings. Additional video on concurrent delay analysis is also appended towards the end in case the subject entices you all!The most unique part of this course is that it also explains the cost analysis of resources due to delays using P6 which is rarely taken up elsewhere.Everything is explained in the simplest way possible through real examples to help the learners get an industry like exposure.
