This 2-hour webinar is a lecture from the original Hippocratic Institute ND diploma, which has been adapted for general interest, self help, and continuing professional development (CPD) for therapists. The lecture explains the difference between fasting, detoxification and cleansing, and the safety implications (indications and contraindications) of such diets. The webinar then gives a practical dietary cleansing routine involving food preparation (Ayurvedic dahl and kitchari recipes), juices, broths, raw power salads, herbal and other additional techniques to safely accomplish a nutritional reset and promote wellness.
