On behalf of FLUENT MOMENTUM we welcome you to the course, the main theme of which will be Cognitive Neurosciences applied to the organizational environment and the enhancement of leadership.Are you interested in the theory behind, personality formation, motivation, values and organisational excellence?For more than a decade, management has been working synergistically with neuroscience research in organizational fields, allowing the development of more effective talent development strategies, measuring and making more evident the biological mechanisms through which their leaders and collaborators coexist with uncertainty, they regulate stress and emotions, make decisions and mobilize people.
