What is the aim of this course?If you want to change people's behavior, you must understand and adjust their motivation systems. A lot of firms create motivation systems without analyzing how they will impact employees' behavior and the performance of the firm. During consulting projects, this is one of the things you will have to analyze and change in order to help the firm improve its performance.
