Here's what you will go through with me, teacher Lala, in this course:1. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to speak Vietnamese: from basic knowledge such as the Vietnamese alphabet and all the elements that build a word, such as consonants, vowels/syllables, and tones. I will also highlight which elements you should pay more attention to, I specialize in guiding you to speak with a Northern Vietnamese accent.2. You will be instructed on pronouncing and recognizing difficult vowels and consonants. These basics are essential when it comes to learning Vietnamese pronunciation.3. You will learn about the 6 tones in Vietnamese and how to differentiate similar tones. Many of my students make the same mistakes at the beginning: confusing (KHÔNG DẤU) the mid-level tone with (DẤU SẮC) the high-rising tone/ (dấu huyền) the low-falling tone with (DẤU NẶNG) the heavy tone, and (DẤU NGÃ) the high broken tone with (DẤU HỎI) the low-rising tone.4. With each learning section, you will be given activities or small quizzes to encourage you to practice speaking and recognizing words. You can check the results afterward to see your progress.By following all the sections I've designed for you, I am certain that you will gain significant confidence after the course, knowing how to speak Vietnamese correctly and finding it easier to understand Vietnamese speakers.
