Students will gain practical knowledge on how large-scale projects are managed through key stages such as Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM), and EPC projects. The course emphasizes the technical and managerial aspects of engineering, equipping students with the skills needed to navigate real-world challenges in complex oil and gas projects.Curriculum Overview:· Lecture 1:Students will begin by understanding the basic engineering principles behind FEED, EPCM, and detailed engineering.
