Short term success may be achieved without the same, but sustainable growth requires strength in managing self. Every aspiring leader must decode the process through which they can manage themselves better.This course takes the learners through a journey of understanding how they can manage themselves better. Every working professional can go through this course, and in the process understand what self management is, how discovering their values is critical to understanding self, how purpose discovery is critical, while knowing how to build the right kind of growth mindset, with focus on wellness.
