This course is designed as a guide to the Internal Audit process for an ISO Management System. It will introduce students to the Principles of Auditing in line with the ISO 19011:2018 Guidance Document, together with what students need to know and learn if you're considering a career as an Internal Auditor, or how to set up a team of auditors if you're just getting started with the ISO 9001:2015 Standard and implementing a new System. There are sample documents available for you to download including a sample Audit Programme, Audit Report, Non-conformance Report plus many more resources to help you get started. The course includes quizzes at the end of each section in order for students to test their understanding of the content covered and an opportunity to complete some activities designed to allow students the opportunity to practice what they have learned and challenge their understanding of non-conformances. Students are encouraged to ask questions so that the course can be tailored more to their individual needs and every effort will be made to ensure that students achieve their personal learning objectives. Student feedback is a critical part of ensuring that the course continues to meet student needs and the content will be regularly reviewed and updated to ensure that the information provided is current and relevant.
