A schedule is one of the basic tools for the project management. It is not easy to understand for beginners because it has several unfamiliar words such as critical path (CP), level of schedule, work breakdown structure (WBS) and so on. But while working as a project engineer for more than 14 years I have been dealt with it continuously. In other words, project engineers should know how to understand, update and change it.It is the main reason for me to prepare this course.
