This teaching series on Living & Leading Well by Dr. Paul Leavenworth and Richard Clinton is designed to share Biblical principles and practical life lessons that will help you in your process of Christian growth and ministry development, particularly in the middle stage of your life in ministry. We believe that there are biblical principles, if applied, that will help Christian leaders to start, live and lead, and finish well in their lives and ministries. To this end, we have designed this teaching series to facilitate insight, evaluation, and application for the following goals:Provide an overview of the leadership landscape of mid-life so that you can anticipate challenges and opportunities in order to cooperate with God in his purposes.Provide biblical insight and opportunities to examine your spiritual formation foundation using the 1 Timothy 1:5 Principle to examine potential "cracks" in your foundation that can lead to burnout, blowout, or plateauing.Minister to your inner life as well as provide information about life and leadership purpose through mid-life.Provide biblical and real life insights and examples for navigating challenges and embracing opportunities for mid-life growth and ministry as you prepare for convergence and afterglow.This is part two of the three-part Well Trilogy that also includes Starting Well and Finishing Well. These courses and the corresponding books can be done in any order. However, if you are in the middle season of ministry (10 or more years, not approaching retirement), we strongly recommend beginning with this one.
