Agarwal Law Associates, a leading dispute resolution law firm, members of Bench & Bar, and SkillxPro have partnered to bring to you a comprehensive course on Civil Litigation.You will be tutored and trained by experts from the Bench and the Bar i.e. by Hon'ble Judges, Senior Counsels, and members of Agarwal Law Associates (ALA). This course has been designed to accelerate your understanding via experiential learning i.e., you will experience, learn and understand every stage and element of a typical civil suit proceeding starting from filing of the pleadings to proceedings to the trial proceedings to the appeal stage. At each stage, the focus shall be placed on training on in-demand skills like drafting of pleadings, framing of issues, conducting of cross-examination and oral hearings, etc. You will be trained on very basics like determination of jurisdiction, determination of adequate reliefs, preparation of papers for counsel meetings & oral hearings, and advising your client.
