This practice test equips pharmacy students or graduates with the necessary competency to sit for the Malaysian Pharmacy Board Qualifying Examination to Practice Pharmacy. The Qualifying Examination to Practice Pharmacy is pre-requisite for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia. There will be a total of 120 + 15 (bonus) multiple choice questions focussed on the Malaysian Poisons Act 1952 and its Regulations, including the Poisons Regulations 1952, Poisons (Sodium Hydroxide) Regulations 1962 and Poisons (Psychotropic Substances) Regulations 1989. The questions will have to be answered in an open book format. Each question will be given a maximum of 3 minutes to answer and the passing mark is 50%. The MCQ questions will cover most of the content in the Act and its Regulations, to facilitate understanding and enable familiarity of standard questions including case study format in the qualifying exam. Answers and explanation will also be provided after each attempt to enhance memory and to get accustomed to the main points in the Act.This practice test is tailor-made for:1. Pharmacy students or pharmacy graduates from public and private universities who wants to practice pharmacy in Malaysia.2.
